Question 1

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

I ship to all 27 countries of the European Union with a tracked courier. Shipping is free for orders from €70, below that it costs €10.

Question 2

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Every print is made after the order: printing and shipping usually take 7-10 working days. When it ships I send you the tracking code.

Question 3

Is the print framed?

Accepted Answer

No: you receive the print only, rolled in a rigid tube. The room photos show you how it looks on a wall. The sizes are standard, so you can easily find a ready-made frame.

Question 4

What paper is it printed on?

Accepted Answer

On 250 gsm Pearl Lustre professional photo paper, with a 12-colour Canon plotter at 600 dpi: rich colours, deep blacks and a satin surface that reduces reflections.

Question 5

Can I return it if I don’t like it?

Accepted Answer

Yes: if you buy as a private customer you have 14 days from delivery to return it, with no need to explain why. Return shipping is at your expense, and the print must come back intact: if it is damaged or creased it can no longer be sold, and the return is not accepted. Within 48 hours of payment, if the print hasn’t shipped yet, you can also cancel the order for a full refund.

Question 6

What if it arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Send me a photo of the damage as soon as you notice it: I’ll ship you a new print at no cost, without asking you to send back the damaged one.

Question 7

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

On Stripe’s secure page, by credit or debit card, Klarna and the other methods Stripe offers in your country. Your card details never go through my website.

Question 8

Do you ship outside the European Union?

Accepted Answer

Not at the moment: I only ship to the 27 countries of the European Union.
